If you’re considering bringing a live illustrator into your next event, it helps to understand what kind of investment you’re making — and what value it brings.

At Illuscribe, we try to keep our live illustration pricing accessible to a range of organisations. Our prices start at £400 for shorter, remote or local (Greater Manchester) sessions, and typically ranges between £600 and £1,500 per day depending on scope, location and format.

This price includes not just the live drawing itself, but preparation, consultation, and high-resolution digital files afterwards — ready for use in reports, comms, or displays.

Discounts may be available for grassroots or community-led projects, and travel is calculated fairly. You’re not just hiring an illustrator — you’re investing in a tool that brings clarity, creativity and connection to your work.

If you’d like a personalised quote or want to talk through options for your budget, email hello@illuscribe.co.uk or visit www.illuscribe.co.uk/live-illustration for more detail.
