The worst thing you can do with a great piece of graphic recording is hide it in a cupboard once the event is over. The value of an Illuscribe board actually grows after the "ink" is dry. Here are three easy ways to keep it alive:

  1. The "Thank You" Follow-Up: Instead of a dry email summary, send a high-res photo of the illustration board. It’s a colorful reminder of the day that people will actually look at.

  2. Office Wall Art: If you went with a physical board, hang it in your office or breakroom. It keeps the event’s goals front-and-center for the team.

  3. Social Media Snippets: Crop the big board into 10 or 12 individual "mini-graphics." You now have a week’s worth of LinkedIn content that highlights specific quotes or insights from your speakers.

Your illustration is a library of content—make sure you use every bit of it!
